Plantronics Headset Competition: Terms & Conditions
- The competition is open to all WorkSnug users worldwide who are aged over 18 years on February 1st 2010, except those closely related to a WorkSnug or Plantronics staff member, or anyone involved in the competition.
- Entry to the competition is by completing the following tasks:
- Reviewing an existing WorkSnug workspace listing, including completion of personal observations.
- Adding and reviewing a new WorkSnug workspace listing, including completion of personal observations.
- Adding a personal observation, and/or noise-level reading through the WorkSnug iPhone application.
- Winners will be selected on the basis of the quality of their review: Particularly focusing on how helpful or interesting their review is to the wider WorkSnug community.
- Entries must be submitted by no later than 17:00 GMT on May 14th 2010.
- By submitting any of the qualifying activities listed above, users are automatically entered into the competition. Should users prefer not to enter they should send this request to feedback@worksnug.com
- All entries will be judged by a panel of WorkSnug and Plantronics representatives meeting at regular intervals throughout the duration of the competition.
- Winners can choose from Plantronics Discovery 975 or Backbeat 906 products.
- The prizes will be as stated. The prizes cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative. In the event of any of the winners being unable to be contacted, after reasonable attempts have been made, or if any is found to be in breach of the rules or fails to take up their prize for any reason, WorkSnug reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up, but it is not obliged to do so.
- The judging panel’s decision as to the winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
- The winners will be notified via email and their phone number and postal details will be requested at this stage.
- WorkSnug reserves the right to cancel the competition or any of these rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control
- WorkSnug will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission, with the exception of names and city of origin.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
